Ben Willis, James Viles, Sean McConnell go to Hunter Valley for Food Fight

A couple of Canberra chefs are heading to the Hunter Valley to do culinary battle.

Ben Willis from Aubergine, Sean McConnell of Monster will join James Viles from Biota Dining in Bowral to cook a three-course lunch against a home team made up of Troy Rhoades Brown from Muse Dining, Michael Robinson from Margan and Emerson Rodriguez of Emerson's.

The event iss called the Food Fight and it has happened every year in the Hunter for the past six years. It's on Tuesday, June 2, at the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley with Matt Kemp as host. Guests get to judge the dishes and vote to decide the winner.

There will also be a charity auction to support the region's young chefs. Tickets are $160 if you fancy a midweek jaunt to the Hunter.
