Ben Willis to cook at Lake Crackenback

Aubergine's Ben Willis is heading to the snow. He's the guest chef at Lake Crackenback in the second installment of the hotel's Cool Climate Dinner series.

In conjuction with the hotel's executive chef Greg Pieper, Willis will put together a six-course meal of special winter dishes using seasonal local produce with matched wines from Collector Wines and Mount Tumbarumba Vineyard in the Canberra region.
