Bentley for Barangaroo?

With a new three-level venue from Aria's Matt Moran, and Peter Sullivan and Lotus Dumpling Bar our hot tips for Barangaroo, a new story has been doing the rounds that the crew behind Bentley Bar & Dining might join them.

Bentley co-owner Nick Hildebrandt has scotched the rumours, saying he's looked at Barangaroo but is in a period of "consolidation" bedding down Bentley and his other venues, Yellow and Monopole.

Hildebrandt says of the three venues, Monopole would be the one they'd replicate if they expand again.
