Pan-fried mirror dory with clams and chorizo will be on the menu at The Sydney Morning Herald Growers' Market on August 1.
Bistrode chef Jeremy Strode will demonstrate the dish on the market chef stage at 8.30am and 10am.
Other stallholders at tomorrow's market include A. Retief Wines, the popular Black Star Pastry, Pepe Saya and The Bread & Butter Project. Tippity Tea is a new addition to the market line-up, and will be brewing up organic and fairtrade brews throughout the morning.
