Bondi's China Diner launches weekend yum cha

The closure of Kam Fook at Bondi Junction has made yum cha in Sydney's east slim pickings, but don't pack away the chopsticks.

China Diner, on Hall Street in Bondi, has kick-started a weekend yum cha service.

What it lacks in yum cha staples, ditching trolleys for an a la carte menu, it makes up for in other ways: in true Bondi style, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are available.
