Sydney is spoilt for excellent brunch choices and will soon have another. Icebergs Dining Room is starting a Sunday brunch service and there's bottomless Prosecco to boot.
Kicking off on October 26, brunch will run from 10am to midday, offering a morning of pastries, prosciutto and porcini mushrooms with one of the best views in Sydney.
The standard menu is $55 and will include breads and pastries with Pepe Saya butter and mascarpone, and a fruit plate of blood orange, rhubarb, strawberries topped with whipped ricotta and fresh local honeycomb.
Main plate options will range from hot smoked Petuna ocean trout with beets, roe, and creme fraiche or frittata with porcini, goats curd, and crispy kale.
The bottomless prosecco option is $20 extra and if you feel like taking the bill to $90, Icebergs will include a spot of Osetra caviar and champagne.
This could well be the most lavish brunch in Sydney. Bottoms up!
