The food dominoes are starting to fall at Barangaroo.

Hot-on the-heels of Matt Moran's signature at the development (first tipped by Good Food back in August) a posse of Sydney food and beverage operators has been announced to join the party.

Gelato Messina's involvement at Barangaroo was widely known; it will be joined by Bourke Street Bakery.

A Barangaroo battle of the beans is also looming, with Campos Coffee and Toby's Estate both confirmed starters.
