The Eating City movement examines urban life, sustainability and food, and the links between cities and the land required to produce their food. The Summer Campus brings together chefs, resaerchers, farmers and community leaders aged 22 to 28 from around the world to help them produce sustainable food solutions and programs in their own cultures. Harrison will head to France for Eating City in August.
