Cheers to the Great Australasian Beer SpecTAPular,

The name may be corny, but corn is an element of the Great Australasian Beer SpecTAPular, which will be held from May 24-26 at the Royal Exhibition Buildings in Carlton. Beers with ingredients such as corn, coriander and orange rind will feature. The event, in its second year, is organised by Steve Jeffares and Guy Greenstone, who own the Local Taphouses in St Kilda and Sydney's Darlinghurst, and is a chance for breweries to show off their new releases. This year, the popular ingredient is coffee, with the bean being infused into stouts and dubbels. The event will feature up to 150 beers for sale, food stalls and beer-education lessons.
