Olivia Sutton (ex-Calendar Cheese Co) is set to launch her new artisan cheese shop, Harper & Blohm. Operating out of Essendon's Prince Wine Store, the shop will offer a selection of cheeses from around the world plus handcrafted local cheese boards, French cheese knives and cheese-wine matching classes. It is due to open in early February.

It is expected that the St Kilda ''micro cheese lab'' La Formaggeria will be unveiled in early March. The team from Il Fornaio is behind the venture, which will house a fine food grocer and delicatessen, while Italian-style fresh cheeses will be made on site by Italian cheese-making sisters Katia and Sabrina Cappadocio.
