Chefs line up for charity

The National Stroke Foundation's annual Food for Thought fund-raising dinner is coming up on May 2. Now in it's fourth year, the dinner features guest chefs - this year's line-up includes Leigh Power from Gingerboy, Mathew Hart from Balgownie Estate, Scott Pickett from Estelle Bar & Kitchen, Paul Stafford from Spice Island, Richard Ptacnik from Sydney's Otto Ristorante and Pierrick Boyer from Le Petit Gateau - who will create a degustation dinner as well as give cooking demonstrations throughout the night while encouraging guests to get involved in the ongoing auctions offered during the event.
