After running 2 Faces Restaurant in Geelong for 13 years, Simon Yarham and Tim Mitchell have gone rural, settling in the Western District near Timboon, where they plan to run a small goat-farming operation.
In the meantime, they have joined the team at the Timboon Railway Shed Distillery, the advocate for the region's locally grown produce.
Yarham is cooking, Mitchell is working front-of-house, and a five-course wine-matched degustation is planned for August 24.
