Evan Pemberton joins Sefa Kitchen line-up

Bondi's Sefa Kitchen has found another former fine dining chef keen to turn his hand to rustic Middle Eastern food.

Evan Pemberton, part of the alumni at Blue Mountains fine diner Darley's, has joined the Bondi Road restaurant. Simon Zalloua, the former Rockpool chef who earned great reviews during his two-and-a-half-year spell at Sefa, departed the eatery last week.

Lozenzo Depetris, Zalloua's deputy at Sefa, will stay, working alongside Pemberton in the kitchen.
