Chefs diversifying their output and extending their reach seems to be the new norm with chef Teage Ezard announcing a collaboration as a consultant chef and culinary adviser to catering giant Spotless.

Ezard will be involved in the three brands of Spotless: Spotless Catering, EPICURE and Alliance Catering and is launching his role tonight at an event at the Melbourne Town Hall.

Just as Shane Delia has joined forces with Peter Rowland Catering, Ezard will create menus based on his signature flavours such as miso and blue cheese broth with roasted sesame, and salt and pepper oysters with prik nam pla, providing another level of offering for the various catering brands.
