It's probably safe to claim that Good Food Month is Australia's largest food festival. Not least of which because the annual Sydney event (October), which also launched last year in Melbourne (November), is now about to take Brisbane by storm as well.

The new, stand-alone brisbanetimes.com.au Good Food Month, presented by Citi, gets underway in Brisbane this July.

Restaurants and food businesses wanting to share the festival love can sign up from today via goodfoodmonth.com. The October event includes Canberra too.

Launching the expanded series is none other than the father of modern gastronomy, Ferran Adria. The name behind El Bulli in Catalonia, Spain will tour Australia in April in a partnership with Phaidon Press and Good Food Month.
