Fish & Co joins Tramsheds development in Rozelle

Seafood cafe Fish & Co will move from Annandale to Rozelle later this year to join the multimillion-dollar development The Tramsheds, which is fast becoming a bustling food precinct.

. Previous chef Tom Kime announced his departure from Fish & Co last month, but he won't go too far away - Tramsheds has been tipped as a likely location for the Sydney branch of his London restaurant Ceru.

The 7500-square-metre development will include a supermarket, food halls, retailers and a gym.

Chiu says the larger space will be a fresh start for the restaurant that will let them change up their menu.

"With the bigger space, we will be able to expand our offering and ... value-add for our customers - from takeaway meals, cooking classes, educational talks to products from local producers we adore," she says.
