Fowler's new focus

Trentham's food scene continues to buzz along with the arrival of Roger Fowler, who left his management role with Davis Yu's Maison Davis group (Touche Hombre, city and Touche Hombre Electrica, South Yarra) in May to make a tree change and consult for the Coliban Foodstore in Trentham.

The hospitality veteran has established Fowler Hospitality, a consulting business. Fowler is also in negotiation with other venues in the city, but wouldn't confirm which ones.
