You can run, but you can no longer hide from the MoVida empire. Joining the restaurants and airport outlets in Melbourne and Sydney, Frank Camorra has revealed to goodfood.com.au that he is opening MoVida in Seminyak, Bali, in June next year.

Camorra has partnered with the group behind Instagram-magnet Potato Head Beach Club for the venture. The eatery will form part of a new high-end hotel the group is building next door to its already enormous beachside complex.

"It's going to be a MoVida food offering but the look will be different to account for the climate," Camorra says.

Heading over to run the kitchen will be chef Jimmy Parker, who has three years in the kitchens of MoVida Next Door on his CV (although he has been overseas and doing stints elsewhere recently), while the front of house is yet to be determined.

"A lot of people are putting their hand up," Camorra says.

No doubt.
