Fresh faces bring brunch to Danks Street

With Fratelli Fresh marching out of Danks Street, Waterloo, for a new space nearby at the Buckland Hotel site in Alexandria, the big question is: what's in store behind the castle-sized doors of the site of the first Fratelli Fresh on Danks Street?

A new venue, 3TO7, has already moved in to the gallery next door. Officially launching next week, 3TO7 is a bar by night and brunch bar during the day serving house-made crumpets and coconut-milk french toast.

It also doubles as a design space, set to hold exhibitions of film, advertising and fashion on its walls.

But who is behind 3TO7? Petr Dvoracek is well known in the Sydney hospitality scene (formerly a bartender from the Merivale Group), while Ashleigh Howe is the daughter of Murray Howe from Murray's Craft Brewing Co.
