Fungi for all the family

Fungi Culture has come up with a clever kit for growing pearl oyster mushrooms at home. Simply place the box indoors out of direct sunlight, remove the tab, cut a cross in the bag and mist with water a few times a day. Mushrooms will start growing within a week, doubling in size every day and will be ready to harvest in 10-12 days. Each kit produces up to half a kilo of tasty fungi and is made from 100 per cent compostable material.
