Going spooky with Dream Cuisine

Dream Cuisine is in the spirit of things for Halloween, with themed macarons ($3.50) - blood orange; double chocolate; salted caramel; pistachio and lime; and rose and vanilla, and biscuits ($3.50), all decorated with spiders and spooks.

Also this year, Dream has made spooky brownies ($8.50) with marzipan deadhands, skulls and tombstones (featuring the name of their second-year apprentice, Dan – his idea), and Meredith Chalkley says they make their own marzipan, since most of the stuff you buy is no good (and we couldn’t agree more).
