Barrie Barton, the Melbourne-based entrepreneur who built a hospitality empire down south before finding Sydney success at Golden Age, has been spotted snooping around the Whistler Street library site. The Manly site is slated for major redevelopment and will include rooftop gardens and a cinema. "We're certainly interested," Barton told Good Food.
