The function space was designed by architect Koichi Takada, with a $5 million price tag.

Owner Paul Signorelli, who has former Otto chef James Kidman on the payroll, says he'll open a branch of Signorelli Gastronomia - with a deli, wine and cheese room - at the Elizabeth Street location in December.
