Guest chefs go from the market to the kitchen

Great to see talented chef Matt Golinski back doing what he does best. Along with Alastair McLeod, Golinski will be kicking off monthly guest chef cooking demos starting from April 10 at the Jan Power Farmers Market, at Reddacliff Place.

"Soil Food Cooking", held under the trees in the middle of the market, will show off local produce including fish, meat and fresh produce from Queensland farms. The demos kick off at 10.30am and will include Golinski demonstrating some dishes using the market's produce while McLeod is showing off some Irish recipes to suit Autumn.
