Handsome man's return

He's back! Steve Miller of Handsome Steve's House of Refreshment, the bar within Abbotsford Convent that closed abruptly in May 2012 after six years, has found a space in the inner-north to satisfy his customers once more.

''I'm back in postcode 3065,'' says Miller, who wouldn't elaborate more on the address of his new venture, saying only it was ''off-Brunswick Street, Fitzroy''.

Miller says he has found ''compassionate and intelligent landlords'' and has dusted himself off after taking a long break. Handsome Steve's House of Refreshment (Mark II) is looking to open by early October; we'll share the address with you by then, too.
