Harris Farm Markets in Glebe has had a firm rap on the knuckles, fined $880 and placed on the NSW Food Authority's Name and Shame list. The Bay Street outlet failed to maintain premises, fixtures, fittings and equipment to the required standard of cleanliness after a previous warning was given.
