They're juicy, delicious and Melbourne's best. And they're coming to Sydney for another round.

A few weeks ago, Surry Hills' pub Harpoon Harry brought to you spicy wings by Belle's Hot Chicken. Come July 25, the venue will host acclaimed burger eatery Huxtaburger for one weekend only.

Since opening in 2012, Huxtaburger's burgers have wowed Melburnians across four stores with their wagyu patties and chipotle chips.

Head Huxtaburger chef Daniel Wilson and his team will serve five of their best creations including the original Huxtaburger, a barbecue number and more recent additions, one with southern-style fried chicken, another with a tofu pattie.

Wilson will be available to sign copies of his new book, The Huxtaburger Book: The Art & Science of the Perfect Burger.

The pop-up event is the second instalment of Harpoon Harry's "Friends of Harry" series, spotlighting eateries from other Australian capital cities. Details of future pop-ups are yet to be confirmed but are expected to run for the next six months.

Note that when Huxtaburger popped up at Woollahra's Pinbone in 2014, the line-up was almost 20 metres deep before the doors had opened. You might like rock up top the pub a little early next weekend.

Harpoon Harry's will be serving Huxtaburgers July 25 and July 26, 5-10pm. 40/44 Wentworth Avenue, Surry Hills.
