Is the crew from Surry Hills' Bar H Dining set to join the party down at Barangaroo? That's certainly the industry speculation, with talk specifically focused on a prime corner site. "We've just been having a look, we've been in contact with them for a long time. But we definitely haven't signed," Bar H co-owner Hamish Ingham told Good Food.
The onetime head chef at Billy Kwong did say he and his wife, Rebecca Lines, are keen for an additional project. "We have three or four concepts in mind. It won't be another Bar H. We've been there and done that."
