It's splitsville for Fowler and Yu

Hospitality professional Roger Fowler has parted company with restaurateur Davis Yu's Maison Davis Group. Both parties said the decision was mutual. Fowler had been operations manager, but resigned last week. Yu confirmed he then asked Fowler to finish up immediately rather than serve notice. Fowler, who previously managed restaurant groups including The Prince Hospitality Group with John van Haandel and Hotel Urban in St Kilda, was instrumental in rebadging Maison Davis' South Yarra restaurant The Millswyn as Louie, and worked on Yu's other restaurants, South Yarra's Claremont Tonic and Touche Hombre in the city. Yu thanked Fowler for his input into Louie. Fowler says he is looking for new opportunities.
