The stars of Monday night's MasterChef, the cassis plum dessert and its creator Janice Wong – San Pellegrino Asia's Best Pastry Chef (2013 and 2014) – will be at Adriano Zumbo's high tea salon, Fancy Nance, from Tuesday, June 30, until Wednesday, July 1, from 4pm to 9pm (or until sold out).
Wong will be serving two versions of her signature cassis plum dessert, the original (pictured) , and a green and white version with apple, basil, yoghurt and local herbs. Want more? "And, we will be serving some surprises inspired by Australian produce," says Wong.
