A schmick black-and-white-tiled dining room and bar now occupies the curved space that once housed Trocadero. Executive chef Anthony Musarra describes Fatto Bar & Cantina's menu as "my version of Italian food", so you'll see panini at lunch alongside a flexible lunch-dinner list. This includes antipasti like baccala arancini and focaccia with ricotta and broad beans, mains such as quail saltimbocca and pasta (crab spaghettini with chilli, parsley and pangrattato already screams signature dish). It's open daily from 11am for drinks, snacks and meals. Expect the coffee granita to become a summer hit.
