Moving into the patch of Windsor known for alliterative Asian eateries – Saigon Sally, Hanoi Hannah – the House of Hoi An has set up shop in an expansive, breezy warehouse space down Green Street.

The exterior is bedecked with painterly street art riffing on Vietnamese lanterns and floating market boats.

It's the latest venture from third-generation Vietnamese chef Trinh Diem Vy, who has a string of restaurants and a cooking school in her home town of Hoi An, and a colourful showcase of Vietnamese family recipes and street food specialities from her home town.
