Award-winning margherita pizza maker Johnny di Francesco of 400 Gradi will be showcasing his dough spinning skills on Saturday, June 28.

The Lygon Street-based pizzaiolo recently claimed the title of the world's best margherita pizza maker and will be demonstrating his technique and dough acrobatics at the master class at Westfield, Airport West.
