Corinne and Peter Blacket of Drysdale Cheeses run a tiny operation supplying select local restaurants and providores with their award-winning goat's milk cheeses, yoghurt and milk.

You can taste the cheese and meet the goats at their farmgate shop, corner Portarlington and Scotchmans roads, on the first Sunday in the month from 1-4pm.

Corinne will share her cheesemaking knowledge with a haloumi class on October 18 and cheddar-making on October 25.

The $85 classes, at the Springdale Community Centre, Drysdale, run from 10am-4pm.
