MAD food symposium comes to Sydney

Rene Redzepi's international food symposium, MAD, is coming to the Sydney Opera House on April 3. The Noma chef's inaugural MAD SYD will be a day of talks and ideas exploring the future of food, and confirmed speakers so far include Redzepi, Kylie Kwong, Momofuku's David Chang and Italian superstar chef Massimo Bottura.

MAD always puts on a terrific spread in its hometown of Copenhagen and although there's no word yet on what (if anything) attendees will be eating at the Sydney event, Good Food fingers are crossed for Dave Chang fried chicken and Massimo mortadella.
