Merivale's Justin Hemmes set to launch Coogee Pavilion in July

Justin Hemmes will launch the first stage of Merivale’s recently acquired and newly named Coogee Pavilion on July 22.

The offering will include a pizzeria, a juice bar, coffee cart and cocktail bar. In different phases of the renovation, there will be a games area featuring a library of vintage books and three 1950s ping pong tables.

Guests will be able to play pétanque, watch movies in a small theatrette and have their hair cut by the in-venue barber.
