Mike McEnearney considers future for Kitchen by Mike

Kitchen by Mike closes on Friday in Rosebery. While its operators Koskela will launch a new eatery in the space later this month, the eatery's recently departed chef and co-owner Mike McEnearney wants to reboot it elsewhere.

McEnearney, who was last week appointed creative director at Carriageworks Farmers Market, still has the restaurant itch.

"Rosebery was a great first home for us and we are developing a new site at the moment. We're excited about the next incarnation of Kitchen by Mike and being in a space that gives us the opportunity to change things up a bit," he says.
