Last year the Advertising Standards Board dismissed complaints against Misschu's ''You Ling We Bling'' home-delivery advertising, but owner Nahji Chu clearly likes a catchy tagline.

Chu, a refugee who used the humour defence to beat complaints the slogan perpetuated social stereotypes, plans a less controversial tag at her new Double Bay eatery.

''I'm going to call it Misschu Drive Through. The service window is on the street where there is a driveway and it's easy for cars to pull over and grab and go,'' she says.

It will launch in November at the Double Bay carpark development.

One of Sydney's best chicken shops, Bondi Road's The Char Rotisserie, will no longer join Misschu at the development, and Bondi Pizza and Li'l Darlin owner Gary Linz confirms he's pulled the pin on a burger concept there.

Chu is also opening Misschu in Balmain later this year, as well as a pop-up today at Elizabeth Bay Marina, which she jokes will be called the Okra House at Betty Bay.
