Chances are high that you missed out on seats to the Noma pop-up at Barangaroo, Sydney, which opened on Australia Day and runs until mid-March.

But your chances of seeing Noma: My Perfect Storm, the documentary that follows one of the world's most famous chefs as he experiences the highs and lows of running Noma restaurant, are good. And the financial hit is a lot easier to bear than Noma's $485 menu.

On Tuesday, Good Food and Cinema Nova are presenting a free advance screening of the Rene Redzepi feature documentary.

Directed by Pierre Deschamps, the film documents Redzepi's fall from grace in 2013 and his subsequent rise back to the top of the gastronomic world, culminating in his two Michelin-starred Copenhagen restaurant reclaiming the top spot on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list.
