Capital Wines is doing a series of "Epicurean tastings" through December, featuring four tastes of wine matched to four tastes of food.This Christmas features smoked salmon and a prawn "cocktail" matched to riesling; a turkey, ham and pistachio terrine paired with rose; roast pork belly and red currant jelly with shiraz; and Christmas pudding matched to sparkling shiraz.
