Buckle up, Sydneysiders, the Melbourne food invasion is set to open a new front. Having already added Surry Hills to his rapidly expanding MoVida empire, chef-owner Frank Camorra is about to take our airport as well.

''Yes, we're opening MoVida in the domestic T2 terminal,'' he confirms.

Camorra spends so much time shuffling through the airport while commuting between his stable of Melbourne restaurants and his booming Surry Hills outpost that he has a pretty good idea of what passengers want to eat.

''It isn't just tapas,'' he says.
