New cafe from Two Birds team

The team from South Yarra cafe Two Birds One Stone aren't letting the grass grow under their feet.

Three months after 2B1S opened, they're launching Top Paddock, a huge and handsome cafe at 658 Church Street, Richmond.

Fans of their previous ventures (Apte, Liar Liar, Three Bags Full) will recognise many of the design tics, including stools made from street signs and repurposed teacup lights.

The menu also shares a family resemblance, but chef Jesse McTavish plans to serve tapas on Thursday and Friday nights to the surrounding design and IT workers.
