Temporada head chef Dave Young has launched a side project, fittingly called The Side Project, of pop-up dinners.

Held at Lonsdale St Roasters #7, the Sunday night dinners are for 30 people only, seated at communal tables. For $90 per person you will get four courses with some interesting matched wines, supplied by Ainslie Cellars.

The first will be held Sunday November 27, with the second following on December 11.

Young said he wants the event to be not pretentious, just fun and casual, with plans to do more next year - even up to once a fortnight.
