Claremont Tonic, Davis Yu's buzzy diner on Claremont Street in South Yarra, has a new chef after the departure of head chef Dylan Roberts. Sean Judd, has moved over from Yu's other South Yarra restaurant, Louie on Domain Road to take over the Pan-Asian menu. Louie's new head chef is Simon Meagher, who has worked at London's Soho House and in Melbourne, was most recently at Rita's in Abbotsford.
