Chef Jocelyn Riviere is leaving Brunswick's Woodlands Hotel. His replacement is Rob Taylor, lately head chef of Collingwood beer bar Josie Bones. Taylor and Riviere previously worked together at the Courthouse Hotel in North Melbourne. There will be some changes to the Woodlands menu, according to owner Hayden George. ''Jocelyn brought his Mauritian heritage to the menu and Rob is a Pom, so we'll introduce some good gastro pub dishes.'' George says these may include ''great-quality'' parmas, burgers and fish and chips. No news on Riviere's plans as yet.
