Danks Street, Waterloo, is undergoing generational change, with new operators (such as Luke Mangan, who is opening a venue on the strip in coming weeks) moving in.

Danks Street pioneer Jared Ingersoll closed Danks Street Depot earlier this year, but the site doesn't look like remaining vacant much longer.

Agent Adam Spencer-Carr wasn't available for comment, but Danks Street watchers are convinced Grater Catering is moving in.

But what is Grater Catering? An internet search turned up a website under construction, while a company search revealed Grater Catering is under the control of Lorna Looby and Stephen Donnelly, a duo with hospitality experience in England, Ireland and Australia. Sounds promising.
