Saint Crispin's, the new Collingwood restaurant by chefs Scott Pickett and Joe Grbac, opens tomorrow night. According to Pickett, the venue will be a bit of an all-rounder, with a set menu of two or three courses for lunch and dinner as well as a bar-snack menu. Pickett describes Saint Crispin's as "a good local restaurant, with a modern French menu adapted to Australia with local, seasonal produce". Ashley Firman, formerly of Spring Street's European, is the manager. The 50-seater will open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner, and Friday to Sunday for lunch.
