New owner hopes Thirteen is lucky

Adriana Oprescu has sold Neutral Bay's Restaurant Thirteen, with new owner Gavin Tuckwell announcing major changes.

The restaurant, located at 13 Hayes Street, will be renamed Hayes Street Wharf Bistro.

Tuckwell wants to also extend opening hours, with Campos coffee available for the morning crowd.
