New restaurant lands in airport precinct

With Danks Street Depot and the team from Bambini Trust running operations at Sydney Airport, the food there has been on the improve in recent years.

The precinct will get a new eatery in May with the opening of the Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel, nicely positioned for plane spotters at the International Terminal.

The hotel's restaurant, Blackwattle Grill, has nabbed chef Paul Gaspa, a graduate of Bistro 80 at The Star and Gordon Ramsay's Tokyo restaurant.
