New vision for Trocadero

Trocadero, the restaurant and bar owned by the Van Haandel Group in the Hamer Hall complex quietly closed two weeks ago but will reopen as Fatto Bar & Cantina.

It will be Italian, "but my interpretation of Italian food", says chef Anthony Musarra who will get back in the kitchen to "see the vision and concept through''.

The first event for Fatto will be the launch of The Age Good Food Month on October 29 and it will be open to the public soon afterwards.
